By using amdvacations.com, requesting a quote, downloading guides, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2) Who we are
AMD Vacations, LLC provides trip planning services, free resources, and recommendations. We are independent and not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company. AMD Vacations, LLC is an independent agent of Best Day Ever Vacations.
3) Use of the Site
You must use the site for lawful purposes and not interfere with its operation. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
4) Quotes, Planning & Third-Party Suppliers
We provide recommendations and planning assistance; travel products (tickets, lodging, experiences) are provided by third-party suppliers. Prices/availability can change at any time. If you book with a supplier, the supplier’s terms, payment schedules, and cancellation policies govern your purchase.
- Accuracy: We do our best to keep information current but cannot guarantee real-time availability or pricing.
- Travel requirements: You’re responsible for passports, IDs, visas, health requirements, and compliance with park/resort rules.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
